Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were very clean and modern, but noisy due to creaking floors. The service was helpful overall, though some aspects were not as focused. The location was convenient but had some issues with the restaurant staff. The dining experience was excellent, with minor waiting times. Facilities were good with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and really spacious with modern features and good insulation. However, being on the 1st floor near the busy meeting rooms was a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch and extremely professional, but I did feel reception could have been more consistently manned. The location was perfect, with lovely views of Lake Leman and easy access to the metro. The dining experience was very tasty, although a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel is not like the ones shown in photos but the rooms received were in the purpose-built Lutetia and Angleterre buildings. The layout of closets and positioning of light switches were satisfactory. The service was terrific for breakfast and dinner, with helpful staff throughout the stay. The location offers stunning lake and mountain views and is right across the road from Lake Geneva. The dining experience accommodated food allergies extremely well but was a bit pricy. The swimming pool area is immaculate.
The hotel offers stunning dual aspect views of the lake from the modernly decorated rooms located in the main building where the restaurant is situated. While the room was comfortable, being on the 1st floor exposed me to some noise due to adjacent meeting rooms in constant use during my stay. The service was exceptionally accommodating and efficient, although there were slight oversights in cleaning the shower tiles and grouting. The location is simply amazing, right by the lake with breathtaking views, offering a peaceful retreat away from bustling areas. The dining experience was pleasant with delicious and varied food options, albeit priced a bit higher than ideal for breakfast. Overall, a great stay marred only slightly by noise from adjacent meeting rooms.
The hotel offers lovely views of the lake at no extra cost with all modern conveniences during shoulder season. The rooms are of good specification but faced the street. The service includes running the restaurant during the day with occasional visits, just beside the Olympic museum and the promenade. The location is excellent, a short walk to the metro in Port Ouchy, directly across from the lake. The dining experience does not merit the high price tag and lacks variety compared to other similar quality hotels.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful rooms featuring great amenities like electric blinds, quiet air conditioning, and speakers in the bathroom. The only small drawbacks were the absence of a coffee machine and soft close hinges on the wardrobe doors. The location was perfect, offering access to nice walks with a view of the surrounding area.
